II. Product Introduction
ZCQ series drilling fluid vacuum degasser (also known as negative pressure degasser) produced by Xi 'an Hongding Energy Technology Co., LTD. (referred to as HONDIN) is a new special equipment for the treatment of gas-immersed drilling fluid developed by the company on the basis of various types of degasser at home and abroad. It is suitable for all kinds of mud purification system, which plays a very important role in restoring the specific gravity of mud, stabilizing the viscosity of mud and reducing the drilling cost. In the case of no air immersion of mud, it can also be used as a high-power agitator.
ZCQ series degasser belongs to the vacuum drilling fluid degasser, that is, the suction effect of vacuum pump is used to create a negative pressure zone in the vacuum tank. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe, and then sprays into the wall of the tank through the window around the hollow shaft. Due to the impact and the action of the separation wheel, the drilling fluid is separated into thin layers. The bubbles immersed in the mud are broken, the gas escapes, and through the suction of the vacuum pump and the separation of the gas-water separator, the gas is discharged to the safety area by the exhaust pipe of the drilling fluid separator, and the mud is discharged out of the tank by the impeller. Since the main motor starts first, the impeller connected with the motor is in a high-speed rotation state, so the mud can only enter the tank from the suction pipe, and will not be sucked from the drain pipe.
III. Structural Features:
1, the use of vacuum pump pumping mud into the vacuum tank, and use it to make the gas is pumped out of the vacuum tank, the vacuum pump here plays two different roles.

7, the suction pipe is inserted into the mud tank, in the case of no air immersion in the mud, the drilling fluid vacuum degasser can be used as a high-power agitator.
